For nearly 2 centuries, Thornbury AME Church has served as a transformational and progressive church experience welcoming folks from all walks of life.  Original built out of an old schoolhouse in 1840, the church proudly serves Chester County, Delaware County, as well as the historic Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
